The AquaGO! Recreational Program is offered to children aged 5 and up and is designed to not only introduce the sport of synchronized swimming, but also teach your child how to swim!
Our recreational program follows the AquaGO! program developed by Canada Artistic Swimming. This program provides participants and families with a safe and welcoming first experience to swimming lessons and artistic swimming.
The AquaGO! program involves fun in the water: jumping, rolling, spinning, twisting and turning upside down. The program is designed to teach fundamental swimming skills, artistic swimming skills, flexibility and strength, while having fun and building friendships.
You will be amazed by your child’s swimming ability by the end of the season!
